- Gain hands on experience by completing defined projects that provide useful and relevant experience.
- Complete SMED project to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Develop and perfect standard procedures for startups and shutdowns.
- Develop components to reduce scrap and increase quality of products.
- Work on relevant Quality projects to help take Paragon to the next level in manufacturing of high-performance Stretch Films.
- Be immersed in real world business environment with exposure to all departments and training on business leadership skills.
• - Pursing an engineering degree, plastics is a plus.
- Able to be on-site in Broken Arrow, OK
- Able to commit to the duration of the 9-week internship.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of working in a manufacturing environment, which include but are not limited to the ability to lift up to 50lb rolls of film and 8 hours of bending, stooping, twisting, standing on feet.
- A self-self-starter who will ask questions, seek to learn and provide thoughtful input on testing results.
