    Our firm is looking for an experienced personal injury paralegal to join our team in the Edison NJ office full-time. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience working as a paralegal in the personal injury field.

    • Update the Treatment Tracker
    • Maintain the 45-Day No Client Contact Report along with the legal assistant
    • Prepare all Pleadings
    • Keep track of all ecourts
    • Update the Litify Counsel tab upon receiving an answer
    • Create responses to interrogatories for attorney review
    • Manage all discovery responses and amendments
    • Enter all discovery end dates into Litify and ensure accuracy
    • Add expert discovery deadline dates into Litify
    • Handle health lien requests
    • Answer incoming calls in coordination with the Legal Assistant
    • Prepare specific responses to Answers to Interrogatories
    • Assist in drafting Arbitration Statements, Mediation Statements, and Pre-Trial Exchange under attorney's guidance
    • Prepare Motions and draft Oppositions and Replies under attorney's direction
    • Issue dismissal notices for lack of prosecution
    • Collect documents and schedule Friendly Hearings and Proof Hearings
    • Draft Longworth approval letters
    • Prepare SDS and Blue Sheet Package

    Position: Full-Time, Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
