ZicPT Front Desk Receptionist Job Description:We are actively seeking a motivated, independent, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. This position is for part-time/per diem hours, offering a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to be an integral part of our facility. Applicants should demonstrate a friendly and approachable manner in interactions with patients and team members. The role requires availability during clinic hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM and/or 3 PM to 8 PM. Night hours are preferred. While prior experience at the front desk is beneficial, it is not mandatory.


Responsibilities:


  • Customer Service:
  • Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond to inquiries and offer accurate information about services, appointments, and healthcare policies.
  • Relay important information and messages to the appropriate individuals within the healthcare facility.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Utilize computer skills to manage health records and update patient information.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, while optimizing the healthcare provider's schedule.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability:
  • Quickly assess and resolve issues or concerns raised by patients or visitors.
  • Adapt to changes in daily operations and handle unexpected situations with composure and efficiency.
  • Prioritize and organize daily responsibilities to ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to facilitate effective patient care.
  • Contribute positively to the overall team dynamic and work towards common goals.
