Key Responsibilities:

As an Unarmed/Armed Security Guard at Charlie Mike Protective Services, you will:

Conduct security patrols to maintain a safe environment.
Handle crowd control with finesse and professionalism.
Enforce access control and ensure premises' security.
Accurately document incidents and maintain detailed records.
Handle firearms responsibly, following all safety protocols.
Deliver topnotch customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

A valid Arizona armed/unarmed guard license.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional security or law enforcement training is a plus).
4 years of experience in armed security, military combat, military police, or law enforcement.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response tactics.
Exceptional judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Physical fitness for demanding tasks and agility.
Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
