Engineering Management.
Work closely with your direct reports to establish goals and promote their career development.
Grow the team .
Assist the CTO with recruitment, hiring, and retention efforts and team building initiatives aimed at strengthening department culture and cohesion.
Business Development.
Contribute an executive presence to the business development process, bringing us new work and strengthening the quality of the opportunities before us.
Fulfill the Technology Director role on 1-3 client projects, working alongside project leads to establish a cohesive and impactful technology strategy as part of Vision phases.
Dependable Delivery .Collaborate with design and engineering leads to ensure the successful execution and evolution of technology strategy throughout the Build & Delivery phase.
