About the Role

Our team is growing and we are excited to add a well-rounded Maintenance/Unit Turn Specialist The primary focus will be on making sure all of the final touches are done on our units before the photos and showings begin.

• General maintenance and handyman experience.
• A detailed eye for all of the final touches that make a unit exceptional
• Great time management
• Ability to complete multiple jobs quickly
• Reliable transportation
• A great team attitude

$50, $60,000.00 per year
