Position - Portrait Studio Manager


Reporting to the Owner, you will be responsible for monitoring our growing studio's operations and managing the staff's performance and duties.

The Studio Manager will ensure that the studio operations maintain maximum productivity and efficiency to provide high-level customer service and improve company profits.

Responsibilities
Inspire and MOTIVATE your team

Offer 5 STAR customer service for our clients

Assisting in the administration, sales and customer relations & day-to-day running of the studio

Meeting company STANDARDS and achieving weekly & monthly TARGETS

Ensuring photographers and art directors run ON SCHEDULE

Before and after-sales care

COMMUNICATING staff policies

Maintaining weekly REPORTS for forecasting, customer service, art directors

Verifying and matching daily transactions

Staying within COGS

Ensuring studio stock inventory is maintained

Hire, train and onboard new team members

Running payroll, commissions, and monitoring staff time tracking

Maintaining calendars for employee hours and the studio schedule

Holding daily customer service MEETINGS and weekly meetings with all staff

Maintain leads list

Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Responsible for OH&S


Requirements:


We are looking for a well-presented, motivated, and TARGET-DRIVEN individual, you are a natural leader who is able to thrive on maximizing the potential of your team of Photographers, Art Directors & Client Concierge.

As well as being able to recognize the NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS, you'll be adept at providing a high-level of customer service and are a great communicator.


Qualifications
A confident, engaging and POSITIVE PERSONALITY is vital

Experience in management and LEADERSHIP is essential

SALES experience is desirable

Loves organization & details

Please note that check-ins are a criteria and not negotiable

Keap (InfusionSoft), Acuity, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Quickbooks knowledge a plus
