    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints on inbound and outbound calls
    • Provide information about the services and guidelines
    • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns
    • Document and update claim records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the services and guidelines

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients and customers
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent attendance is a must
    • Ability to work overtime as needed is a plus
