    Position Summary:
    The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company's customers
    by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher
    level of customer support on specific services.


    Responsibilities:
    As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
    Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide
    support and information on Wash Plans, Memberships, and other services
    Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the
    representatives knowledge, forwards to assigned specialist or other appropriate
    staff
    Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and
    concerns
    Maintains customers accounts and records of customer interactions with details
    of inquiries, complaints, or comments
    Implements and supports customer retention strategies
    Perform other related duties as assigned
    This job will be expected to complete the following functions. This is not an all-inclusive
    list. This job may be assigned other functions or tasks. This is meant to be a general
    description of the most essential functions only.


    Required Skills/Abilities:
    Excellent communication skills including active listening
    Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
    Knowledge of, or ability to learn, services, or area of customer service
    specialization
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
    Ability to function well in a high-pace work environment
    Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
    Ability to work independently


    Education and Experience:
    High School Diploma or equivalent required
    Customer Service experience required
    Some experience with the product or service to which the specialist will be
    assigned preferred
