Starting Rate:
$20.00-$24.86 per hour for day shift with a $.50 an hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

  • Additional Incentives:
- $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement
- $100 Safety Glasses Reimbursement

  • Company will provide all tools necessary
  • 2 Weeks Vacation
  • Training provided

Work Hours:
Days, afternoons and nights; 8 and 10 hour rotating schedules.


Location:

We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West.

This position is for the South Plant.


As a Forklift Operator, you will:

  • Drive our forklifts and move material from one place to another.
  • Inventory Control using materials management system (COMN).
  • Organize storage space.
  • Load and unload materials and trucks as needed.
  • Perform daily safety checks.
  • Replace batteries and gas tanks.
  • Work in a team environment and crosstrain with others.
  • Receive training to help advance your career.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to lift 2050 pounds
  • Ability to sit for the duration of your shift

Qualifications:


  • Previous forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
