Description
We are looking for a Proctor for our youth support program at Richard-Schirrmann-Schule in Hennef-Bröl.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive participation as a specialist in the F-OGS groups with 9 to 10 students aged 6 to 10 years, on school days from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm / Fridays until 3:00 pm
  • Special responsibility for 1 to 2 children with increased support needs and their integration into the assigned group, as well as associated work with parents (F-OGSplus)
  • Close collaboration with the group leader and the entire team
  • Participation in and ensuring of the pedagogical group work/structure, including shared meals in the group's own rooms
  • Creative leisure activities
  • Individual support and development of motivation, interests, and abilities of the children
  • Preparation for and participation in support plan meetings

Your skills should include:

  • Personal and professional suitability for working with special needs students in primary education
  • Previous experience in group work, integration support, or youth support is desirable
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for working with the overall team in regards to the tasks of the supportive allday program and school education
  • Responsibility and organizational skills
  • Competencies in group pedagogy and leisure activities
  • Recognition of Christian values and goals
  • Teamwork and knowledge of PC
