Restoreez is searching for a
Restoration & Construction Supervisor who is self-motivated with a desire to lead people and help grow the company.

Starting pay is $35k-45k per year based on experience.

About this Position:

You will be responsible for supervising multiple teams of employees who work on various projects within the greater Tampa area.

This division is responsible for disaster restoration measures in residential and multi-family homes.

These measures include but are not limited to rapid response, identification & remediation of fire, flood, wind, & mold damage.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate afterhours emergency services as directed, including boardups, water damage, fire and smoke damage, and vandalism.
• Communicating and working with clients
• Working with and managing a team
• Scheduling jobs & employees
• Purchasing and delivering supplies
• Payroll and other computer tasks
• Assemble detailed and accurate project estimates.
• Job site visits
• Coordinate subcontractors
• Material selections
• Quality control
• Meet job deadlines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Simultaneously oversee multiple residential & commercial projects
• Manage highrisk and complex projects.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurance companies.
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants, and others.
• Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers and clients.
• Coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnel
• Provide constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget.
• Secure applicable permits
• Meet with inspectors as required.
• Stay up to date with the accident and injury policy and incident reporting procedures.
• Implement sitespecific safety plans.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Traveling within the Tampa Bay area.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comply with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Must be able to pass a background check and DMV MVR.
• Must have a vehicle with insurance
• Must have a laptop to be able to work from our shop & in the field
• WRT Certification helpful and provided by employer once onboarded
• IICRC Certification helpful and provided by employer once onboarded
