We are looking for you as a Construction Manager (m/f/d) in Alexandria.Your tasks:

Coordination and supervision of external companies and our own construction teams
Coordination with regulatory approval and inspection authorities
Scheduling and conducting on-site meetings (e.g. construction meetings)
Creation of construction schedules
Settlement of construction sites, including checking measurements and invoices
Planning of route alignments for relocation measures
Participation in the creation of performance specifications

Your profile:

Completed further training as a construction foreman/technician in civil engineering (earthworks, road construction, and sewer construction), master in pipeline construction, or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience as a construction manager/supervisor in the field of civil engineering
Excellent German language skills (level C1)
Experience in the realization of civil engineering projects
Knowledge of the VOB (parts B and C), ZTV, and RSA
Driver's license class B
