Your profile

Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d)
Ideally, professional experience in handling claims in property insurance
Responsible and reliable
Ability to work independently, take initiative, be proactive, and work well in a team
Excellent communication and customeroriented skills

Your tasks

:

Recording, processing, and independently handling claims in liability and accident insurance
Setting reserve amounts and conducting coverage and liability checks
Correspondence and phone calls with the goal of customeroriented and fair claims handling
Regular exchange with the team and other departments
Identifying and securing subrogation claims
