Our main objective is to grow and develop new and existing business opportunities for our clients, and because of our proven track record, we have been able to continue these partnerships for many years.

Now due to recent growth opportunities, we are now looking to expand our enrollment team We are seeking a forward-thinking, communication expert to fill our Customer Enrollment Representative position.

This will be an entry level position, as we do teach and train from the ground up.


What Does a Customer Enrollment Representative Do?

  • Work directly with eligible customers answering questions, providing specific product and service information, overturning objections, and processing enrollment signups
  • Train oneonone with the Customer Enrollment and Client Account Manager to fully comprehend our customer service and outreach standards and expectations, compliance policies, and the enrollment process
  • Build longlasting relationships with customers that emphasize brand loyalty and provide them with essential communication tools
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and follow all privacy requirements
  • Attend daily team meetings and actively contribute ideas on how to improve company processes and interactions with consumers

So What Do We Look for in a Customer Enrollment Representative?

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or another related field is preferred, but not required
  • 13 years of experience in a customer or clientfacing position that involves customer service, customer service, or sales in some capacity
  • Must be genuinely excited to work in a teamoriented, fastpaced environment
  • Patient demeanor with a solutionoriented mindset and effective followthrough
  • Someone with a competitive spirit to be able to contribute to our team environment
  • An individual who is looking to step outside of their comfort zone, grow in a new opportunity and is driven to succeed

Upon completion of training, pay is determined by personal performance. The range listed is based on the average weekly commissions of an entry level associate


Pay:
$ $1,400.00 per week
