As a Care Professional / CNA at Brightwood Health, you'll play a vital role in providing personal care services to clients in the home setting.

Under the direction of our Care Manager and healthcare professionals, you'll contribute to the well-being of our clients through direct and indirect care.


Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Required training or licensure as per state and federal laws
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Provide direct and indirect care with safety measures
  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors
  • Follow written care plans and document services provided
  • Observe and report changes in client condition
  • Adhere to Agency policies and emergency procedures
  • Submit required documentation in a timely manner
  • Adhere to the role as defined in state regulation
