The company ALEXUS Real Estate Management GmbH is a national real estate consulting company.

Our office primarily deals with advising companies on leasing new office and retail locations, as well as the real estate investment activities of our clients.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Retail Leasing Specialist to join us as soon as possible.

Main Responsibilities:

Acquiring projects/properties and clients
Leasing retail properties regionally and nationally
Developing usage and marketing concepts
Advising our domestic and international clients on property search and contract negotiations
Handling exclusive leasing contracts responsibly and professionally

Requirements/Qualifications:

A completed university degree and/or a degree in Real Estate Economics and/or a training as a Real Estate Agent or Property Manager
First professional experience in the commercial real estate sector
Good knowledge of the local area
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (fluent)
High level of commitment, initiative, negotiation skills, and flexibility
Enjoyment of dynamic work processes and close customer contact
Independent and teamoriented work style
