Description

Experience and Education:


  • 2 years of construction or other office administration experience is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must possess highlevel attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize his/her workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Share Point is required.
  • Must be able to learn quickly and be adaptable to a variety of situations.
  • Comfortable with being a selfstarter; must have the ability to keep yourself busy and work independently.

General Job Duties

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Perform various clerical tasks as needed.
  • Suggest office admin changes to improve efficiency.
  • Attend company meetings and take notes, keep minutes, etc.


  • Maintain Insurance

  • COI requests for projects, vendors, etc. and renewals.
  • Assist Project staff with accounting and maintenance of cost reports.
  • Assist with processing weekly timesheets and payroll.
  • Assist Project staff with Project Management and coordination needs.
  • Assist with booking hotels, scheduling temporary services, and subcontractors.
  • Manage/maintain employee onboarding records (new hire paperwork).
  • Manage/maintain employee terminations/records (exit paperwork).
  • Assist with Payroll &/Labor Compliance documentation weekly.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Other duties as assigned

The anticipated pay range for this role is $18-$22 per hour depending on experience.
