    Description
    Our company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for our process manufacturing facility in the Indianapolis, IN area. This opportunity has become available due to an internal transfer.

    As part of our team, you will have access to major company benefits, including a 401K with a 100% match to 6% and an additional 3% contribution from the company.

    We also offer a 15% bonus potential and 168 hours of PTO (monthly accrual that can be used ahead). Relocation nationally is also associated with this role.

    In this position, you will work alongside your team to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, with the goal of delivering World Class sustainable performance.


    You will be responsible for:
    Providing leadership and expertise in our company's performance system best practices.
    Guiding the roll-out of our company's performance system and leading the cultural shift to managing through pillars.
    Coordinating and supporting plant pillar and platform leads (5S, Safety, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, and more).
    Engaging all associates through hands-on mentoring and audits.
    Monitoring the Sprint Plan timeline and ensuring successful completion through engagement with pillar leads and plant leadership.
    Leading the Reliability Improvement Plans (RIP); establishing action plans and scheduling follow-up meetings.

    Coaching teams in giving and receiving feedback, conducting root cause analysis, trade-off analysis, and improving interpersonal communications and external interactions.

    Working with the Operations teams to create an Autonomous Maintenance work culture and run to centerline.

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    A degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field.
    5+ years of experience in plant manufacturing.

    5+ years of experience in a Continuous Improvement environment, including TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related process improvement systems.

    5+ years of experience mentoring teams and individuals.

    5+ years of experience with root-cause analysis, data collection, and using TPM/company performance system concepts such as 'Why, Why/How, How', and Phenomena Thinking.
