Compensation:

$25.00-$32.00/hourly, DOE + Benefits

Responsibilities:

Drafting legal notices and letters
Assist in case intake, reading and reviewing leases, legal forms and correspondence
File management
Contacting clients as needed to obtain missing caserelated information
Performing additional legal administrative duties as needed by the department

Qualifications:

Current law student in the process of obtaining J.D.
Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
Extensive data experience with a high level of accuracy
Comfortable speaking with business professionals
Selfstarter who can succeed in a fastpaced, highvolume environment with mínimal oversight
Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and follow up with clients
Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm

The following qualifications are preferred:

Legal Admin experience
ProLaw experience

Schedule:

Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.
