The Field & Support Service is represented at several locations in Germany and is responsible for the technical operation and support of the national REWE Group supermarkets. The team in Cologne plans and supports national hardware rollouts and manages and coordinates maintenance providers for maintenance and repairs in the stores. We work as a team in an agile, cross-functional and self-organized manner.
