    Level 2 IT Support Specialist – Competitive Pay, Fast Track Potential, Established Private Firm

    Location
    Hazen and Sawyer Hollywood, FL. We do not provide relocation costs if you are a candidate outside of the area.

    We are an employee-owned firm with over 1800 people. Our primary focus is on planning, designing, and overseeing construction of environmental infrastructure – water, wastewater, and stormwater management.

    The Position
    Level 2 Helpdesk experience in all aspects of IT support and will be working with the Helpdesk Manager.

    Responsibilities


    • Provide support and troubleshooting of complicated issues on the Helpdesk.
    • Provide high level customer services consistent with IT best practices.
    • Assist in the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards.
    Position Requirements


    • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
    • Working knowledge of the Open System Interconnection (OSI) model.
    • Ability to diagnose problems, perform repairs on IT assets, and provide support for a wide range of applications.
    Assist with end user system deployments and upgrades.


    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based client operating systems.
    • Knowledge of Virtual Server Infrastructure Systems (Hyper-V and Citrix)
    • Experience with windows networking.
