This is your new task:

You will provide expert advice to our customers regarding our product range, develop product solutions, and present alternatives while considering legal requirements, customer demands, and technical feasibility.

You will create and calculate offers and negotiate conditions with our customers, taking into account price guidelines. You will also check the plausibility of orders, such as delivery dates, prices, and availability. You will professionally handle customer orders and inquiries, both over the phone and through our ordering platform. You will actively support our customers by recommending alternative and additional products.

You will regularly exchange information on customer developments and other customer-related matters with your colleagues in the inside and outside sales teams, and conduct tandem visits with the outside sales team.


What you bring:
