On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Human Resources Officer (m/f) for the German headquarters in Würzburg, part-time with a maximum of 30 hours per week.

Your responsibilities as a Human Resources Officer:

  • You are the contact person for employees and the first point of contact
  • You ensure proper personnel administration
  • You also contribute to processes and innovations in various HR areas such as recruitment, absences, etc.
  • You ensure the correct application of the personnel manual and labor legislation
  • In addition, you accompany recruitment processes and ensure appropriate onboarding
  • Absence management is also part of your responsibilities
  • You work on various HR projects, such as developing an HR manual and cleaning up the HR database.

  • You are enthusiastic and have a real can-do mentality
  • You have completed training or a degree and have extensive experience in the HR field
  • Ideally, you have relevant professional experience as an HR consultant/generalist/HR business partner
