We are looking to immediately hire an Administrative Assistant to assist our Fleet Manager with a number of important tasks.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to Assist our Fleet Manager. Assistant to join our team.
As the Fleet Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our Fleet Manager in various tasks related to vehicle maintenance and repair.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Onboard new employees
- Maintain driver records
- Assist Fleet manager with scheduling brake repairs, electrical work, and automotive diagnostics
- Perform driver record audits
- Schedule drug testing
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain accurate fleet records
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in transportation industry
- Knowledge of DOT and CDL requirements
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- CDL is a PLUS
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
