Description

CNC Programmer/Operator requirements:

Hydraulic and Job Shop seeking qualified Programmer/Operator with Gibbs Cam software experience and programming for 3- and 4- axis CNC mills as well as CNC lathes.

You will develop new CNC programs or modify existing programs for different machines.

During the manufacturing process, you will perform quality checks with machine operator to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications, making manual adjustments if necessary.

You will also work with the design team on various projects. Applicants should be knowledgeable with Fanuc and HAAS Mill Controls. Capable of reading G Code.

Pay Rate is based on your Capabilities. Programmer/Operator are a higher pay rate.


Must meet the following qualifications:

Five or more years as a CNC Programmer (Gibbs Cam) and operator in a CNC machine shop doing all the common functions.

Read and interpret blue prints, CAD, and mechanical drawings.

Machine parts to close tolerances as shown on drawings.

Perform daily maintenance procedures on all machines.

Have reliable transportation & your own tools, i

micrometers, calipers, etc.

Have basic math skills

Be able to lift 50-pound material feeds while loading machine.

Be able to follow written and oral instructions. Be able to work overtime on short notice.

Strong commitment to perform high quality work.

You will be tested on the above-mentioned qualifications.

Hours of operation, Monday through Friday,

7:30 am to 4:30 pm.


Pay:
$ $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
