For our Business Unit HGK Chemical Logistics GmbH in Hamburg, we are looking for a full-time Specialist Customer Service Logistics (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordination of container transports using various modes of transport
  • First point of contact for our customers, service providers, and partners in day-to-day operations
  • Track and trace of our own orders and reporting to our customers
  • Close collaboration with internal departments
  • Support in processing and invoicing of transport orders using our transport system
