full time Package Attendant to join our team at our luxury association,
Azzurra, located in
Marina del Rey, CA.

Compensation:
$21.00 Hourly

Schedule:
Monday - Friday,10:00 am - 6:30 pm

Job Summary

Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, the Package Attendant is in charge of receiving, scanning, and storing of packages in the Package Room/ Loading Dock.

As such, the Package Attendant must at all times display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing people who have approached the Front Desk/ Package Room.

The Package Attendant is expected to possess a working knowledge of the Association's rules, policies and procedures, as well as familiarity with the Association's amenities and surroundings in order to assist residents and their guests.

Requirements:

Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.
At least 1 year of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred.
Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired.
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor

Strong judgment and solutionsoriented
Proactive customer service approach
