Some of the Essential
Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet guests enthusiastically and professionally.
Sell and serve refreshments and food items to guests.
Operate largevolume cooking equipment, such as grills, deepfat fryers, or griddles.
Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Compute product prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payments from guests.
Effectively communicate with all guests to ensure their needs are met.
Provide the guests with accurate answers and information about our products.
Work with guests patiently and effectively.
Ensure guest safety and satisfaction in their stay at the property.
Escalate all guest concerns that may arise to management immediately.
Ensure that company image, cleanliness and courtesy standard requirements are met.
Cooperate with all employees and managers.
Complete any and all tasks requested by management.
Must adhere to all Landry's Inc. cashhandling guidelines.
