MITRAS Materials is currently looking for a(n) Process Optimization Employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks
  • Process optimization in plate extrusion
  • You define goals, document the current state and derive possibilities for optimization, which you coordinate and implement directly with management and departments.
  • Collaboration with other departments, such as production and quality assurance, to ensure smooth implementation of projects
  • The integration of processes into ongoing operations and integration into the existing ERP system complete your diverse range of tasks.

Your profile

  • Completed training in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on plant engineering, process engineering or a related field
  • Professional experience in process optimization and plant engineering, ideally in the manufacturing industry
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to understand and communicate complex technical relationships
  • You have good ERP and MS Office skills.
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Personally, you are characterized by a structured and independent way of working, communication skills and assertiveness
