Lead Electromagnetic Compliance Engineer - Redmond, United States - SpaceX
Description
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not.
Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal ofenabling human life on Mars.
LEAD ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPLIANCE ENGINEER
This position entails leading the EMC team that will help design the satellite broadband network of the future.
You will work closely with the different design teams on pre-design tradeoffs, specifications, and testing of vehicle and ground components and systems to deliver regulatory compliant systems.
You will use your deep understanding of electromagnetic environments and effects to set requirements based on physics rather than industry standards.
If you seek a fast-paced, dynamic environment; if you thrive on solving difficult, fuzzy problems where resolutions have high impact; if you love managing through persuasion and if you love the challenge of building something from scratch, then this position might be your next career step.
