What You'll Do:


We are seeking a Team Leader to join the Digital, Data and Operations Transformation, Culture and Communications organization to lead the Digital Learning Team.

Our organization exists to lead the strategic alignment and enablement of the enterprise digital transformation to accelerate delivery of extraordinary experiences for our clients, colleagues, and communities.

The Digital Learning team partners closely with leaders and is responsible for enabling associates and leaders with the skills needed to deliver cutting edge technological solutions.


As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of learning experts who design, develop, and deploy learning strategies for the Digital, Data and Operations.

You will partner closely with and across the Digital, Data and Operations Division.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team who will play a key role in driving our Digital Transformation.

Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of:

  • Lead, develop, and support a cross-functional team to empower and enable Digital teams to acquire new skills or enhance existing ones to align with the firm's evolving needs and digital transformation objectives by using appropriate instructional/learning design principles, methodologies and modalities
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Learning, Digital, Data and Operations leaders, and other key stakeholders
  • Help define, implement, and support the team's operating model
  • Responsible within their team for recruiting, hiring, and developing diverse talent necessary to fulfill our vision for the organization and achieve key outcomes
  • Develop and manage relationships with leaders across the organization
  • Provide thought leadership and align the work of the team to the overall strategy of Digital, Data and Operations and the specific business area

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:


Hiring Minimum:
$113810


Hiring Maximum:
$193785


Skills/Requirements

What Experience You'll Need:


  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience directly related to leading and/or supporting learning and development, including learning and performance strategy and learning experience design/delivery
  • 1+ years of people leadership experience, either direct oversight or indirect in complex, matrix environments Understanding of latest technologies and trends in the financial services industry

  • Certified Learning & Development Professional certification or similar learning and development certification (s)
