Job Summary
You will play a key role in leading our technology strategy and managing our IT infrastructure. The IT Manager will ensure our technological resources are secure, reliable and efficient.

You will be responsible for building and configuring workstations, setting up new user accounts, and ensuring all hardware and software is operational for incoming and current employees.

This is a hands-on management position.


Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT projects, including budgeting, planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all ITrelated matters. Communicateeffectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure IT alignment withbusiness needs.
  • Building and configuring workstations and setting up user accounts.
  • Create, lead, and administer workflows in the CRM software (Zoho) incollaboration with department leaders and stakeholders.
  • Manage daily IT operations including desktop setup, software updates, and network management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimizedowntime.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for technology services.
  • Identify and recommend new technology solutions that can improve efficiencyand effectiveness.
  • Oversee and execute IT set up at new locations.
  • Manage contracted labor for IT projects as needed.

Required Education and Experience

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to learn about new technologies quickly and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay:
$135, $150,000.00 per year
