    Requirements for this Position:

    1. Provide excellent care for your patients

    2. Provide excellent care for your team

    3. At least 1 year of clinical experience

    Our business team handles the rest while we mentor and coach you in leadership and business. This is a true partnership that provides true equity and ownership in North Creek Animal Hospital. The owners of SynergyVet are only successful if you and North Creek Animal Hospital are successful

    Year 1– Owner Training and Mentorship Year

    Salary - $150,000 ProSal (no negative accrual)

    *Anticipated Production Bonus - $10,000-$20,000

    Signing Bonus - $50,000

    Benefits Package Value - $24,300

    401K – 4% Match annually

    PTO – 3 weeks , No On-Call or After-Hours Responsibility

    Year 2 – Owner / Partner

    *Anticipated Owner Income - $200,000+

    *ROI / average value of owner's equity in practice by Year 2 - $985,000

    Year 3 – Owner / Partner

    *Anticipated Owner Income - $230,000+

    *ROI / average value of owner's equity in practice by Year 3 - $1,244,000

    Year 4 – Owner / Partner

    *Anticipated Owner Income - $270,000+

    *ROI / average value of owner's equity in practice by Year 4 - $1,622,000

    Year 5 – Owner / Partner

    *Anticipated Owner Income - $300,000+

    *ROI / average value of owner's equity in practice by Year 5 - $1,888,000

    Year 6 – Owner / Partner

    *Anticipated Owner Income - $330,000+

    *ROI / average value of owner's equity in practice by Year 6 - $2,192,000

    North Creek Animal Hospital is one of SynergyVet's brand new, full-service, private practices specializing in companion animal medicine in Huntersville, North Carolina, just outside of Charlotte. Our focus is on providing compassionate and comprehensive veterinary care to our patients, while also building long-lasting relationships with both the owners and the pets of Huntersville, NC. At SynergyVet, we strongly believe that the most exciting and optimistic future for veterinary medicine involves keeping community-based hospital ownership in the hands of private veterinarians who are focused on a few Core Values that impact every aspect of the patient visit and our team's lives. SynergyVet's leadership team has decades of experience starting and running de novo practices from inception to maturity.
