About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Mitigation & Construction Sales Manager to join our team at SERVPRO Team Shaw in our Houston TX market.

As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of the mitigation and/or construction process.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and property managers
  • Oversee the mitigation and construction sales team, providing guidance and support
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute effective sales campaigns

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the restoration or construction industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of mitigation and construction processes
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
