Your Role

As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a key role in the team. You will support senior bankers in challenging M&A transactions and refinancing. Your tasks will include leading and developing analysts and interns, conducting in-depth market and competition analyses, and developing complex financial models and presentations for international projects.

Your Responsibilities

Active participation and support in the areas of M&A and corporate finance
Leading and mentoring analysts and interns
Conducting detailed industry and company analyses
Preparing market and competition analyses as well as industry screenings for potential acquisition targets/buyers
Creating presentation materials, financial models, valuations, and info memos
Supporting management in ongoing mandates and presentations
Assisting in business development and maintaining contact with clients and other stakeholders
