Job Overview:
To operate and supervise the assigned facility's Commissary Fulfillment team per the facility contract specifications and per the direction of the Director of Commissary Operations.
Duties:
- Actively supervise and assist the Commissary Fulfillment team.
- Place product orders in a timely manner
- Accurately maintain proper inventory levels, and communicate any discrepancies or needs to Director of Commissary Operations.
- Source products and manage the product mix while reducing product costs.
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with the client, commissary partners and the location Director of Commissary Operations, ensuring effective and efficient communication and operations.
- Implement and support all Company standards and initiatives.
- Demonstrate an understanding of CBM Premier Management and Summit Food Service missions and goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years Management experience.
- Highschool Diploma Required
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.
- Strong initiative.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
- Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to remain standing for most of working hours.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and days.
- May be exposed to hot, humid work areas.
- May be exposed to sharp instruments and power driven equipment.
- May be exposed to caustic chemicals.

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
