Our client, a leading supplier in the international mobility industry, is seeking qualified support in the finance and accounting sector in the Halle-Leipzig economic region.

What you will do:

  • Work in accounting with a focus on accounts receivable
  • Manual invoicing for customers
  • Open item (OP) analysis for management, price adjustments, and small differences
  • General administrative tasks
  • Responsible for preparing numbers and monitoring payment deadlines and reminders
  • Booking invoices in SAP, especially invoice verification based on internal goods receipts
  • Recording incoming invoices
  • Invoice verification for accuracy in terms of calculation, content, and tax

What you bring:

  • Completed degree in business administration, finance, or taxation and/or a commercial education with relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of accounting, especially in accounts receivable
  • Good user knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • Knowledge of sales tax law
  • Knowledge of English is desirable, but not required
  • Assertiveness
  • Reliability
  • Teamwork
