    Accounting Manager

    Location: Columbus

    Position Type: Full-time

    Position Overview:

    Our client is in need of an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle financial records, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage financial records such as general ledger and accounts.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
    • Lead closing processes.
    • Prepare financial statements and reports.
    • Develop budgets and forecasts.
    • Analyze financial data for improvement areas.
    • Supervise accounting staff and promote their development.
    • Conduct performance evaluations.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
    • Collaborate with auditors.
    • Implement internal controls for financial security.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
