    Job Title: Lead HR Business Partner

    Company: Sun Pharma

    • Responsible for aligning Human Resource initiatives with business needs for assigned business units and partners
    • Provide support, counsel, and training to meet ongoing objectives
    • Strategic and technical assistance to management and executive staff
    • Maintain close working relationships with Leadership Team and management members
    • Develop, implement, and manage human resource policies and programs
    • Ensure compliance with HR rules, guidelines, and laws
    • Manage recruitment, staffing, organizational development, and employee relations
    • Supervise HR staff and oversee HR functions
    • Collaborate with internal HR and functional stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
    • Minimum 10 years of senior-level HR management experience
    • Experience in supervising staff and working with external immigration matters
    • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
    • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and communication skills
    • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
