The Construction & Real Estate department offers a wide range of services throughout Germany: construction-related property inspections for private or industrial buildings, damage assessments, property valuations, structural inspections of buildings and engineering structures, as well as technical due diligence. We are also a contact for energy-related issues: from energy certificates and building energy consulting to energy audits for companies.

Responsibilities

You will conduct construction-related property inspections and inspections of existing buildings with a focus on residential and commercial construction, including accompanying acceptance

You will evaluate the technical quality of execution, especially with regard to the contractually agreed specifications and generally recognized rules of technology

With your expertise, you will lead technical and professional on-site inspections

In the context of damage and insurance assessments for commercial and private clients, you will document and assess building damage and determine the cause of the damage - taking into account contractual requirements, generally recognized rules of technology, and insurance conditions

You will carry out evidence preservation (building condition documentation) and expert assessments, determine the amount of damage in property and liability claims, clarify claims and costs for damage remediation
