Support Staff (m/f/d) to join our team at KiTa Regenbogen as soon as possible.

This position is permanent and part-time (up to 20 hours per week) with a work location in Schwerte.

Job Description:


  • Support of the care and educational offerings of the facility
  • Pedagogical work with children
  • Active participation in the implementation and further development of the pedagogical concept
  • Implementation and compliance with legal framework conditions (KiBiz)
- (Continued) maintenance of educational documentation

  • Support in planning and implementing projects
  • Collaborative work with parents
  • Cooperation with network partners
  • Teamwork, participation in staff meetings
  • Compliance with the quality management system and continuous participation in quality assurance and development of the facility
  • Household tasks related to the work of an educator

Requirements:


  • Successful completion of training as a child care worker or social assistant
  • Ability to work independently and flexibility
  • Enjoyment of working in a team and with children
