- Perform store opening and/or closing procedures and guidelines in an accurate and efficient manner – delegating tasks to team as needed.
- Anticipate and order all food/supplies needed and assure availability.
- Ensure all Health Department standards are always met, monitor breaks, check stations, and assist as needed.
- Provide leadership to the staff and customers.
- Maintain regular presence on the floor.
- Train and educate staff on product knowledge, displays, customer service, food prep procedures.

Elephants on Cedar Hills is our newest location and our largest store, featuring grab-and-go selections plus a grill, freshly prepared foods, cheese and charcuterie, gelato, wine, beer, catering, espresso service, and a wide variety of specialty groceries.
