- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Excellent communication skills are required to interact with clients, contacts, and employees.
- Able to oversee large amounts of emails and handle follow-through
- Provide administrative support to Partners as well as other staff members
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Maintain records in software systems
- Maintain meeting rooms & offices
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Ability to organize work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Filing/scan filing

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions
- Ordering/stocking office supplies
- Incoming/outgoing mail handling (USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.)
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- 5+ years of secretarial/administrative tax experience, preferably from the public. accounting firm or tax department of a large company.
- Excellent customer service, administrative, and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities. and time with a systematic approach.
- Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Experience with Thomson Reuters software (UltraTax, Practice CS, File Cabinet CS) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent data entry, editing, and proofreading skills.
