Your responsibilities:

You provide expert advice and sell our travel products and additional services
You independently handle customer inquiries (in person, by phone, online)
You process customer/booking data in our IT systems
You are responsible for sustainable complaint management to increase customer satisfaction

We expect from you:

You have successfully completed vocational training
Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience
Friendly and professional communication with customers in person and on the phone is second nature to you
You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
You demonstrate a high level of willingness to learn, reliability, resilience, and teamwork
