- Familiarity with security industry trends and equipment.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and security equipment expertise.
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience.
- Strong time management, planning, and self-motivation.
- Good decision-making, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Effective teambuilding, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
- Great multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Assessing locations for security system installations.
- Working in an air-conditioned office for 30% of the time.
- Salary range starting at $36,000, in addition to commission.
