Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and developing technical solutions for systems/platforms based on gathered requirements.
  • Use JIRA for tracking and managing user Stories, tasks, and requirements.
  • Aid in defining the system implementation approach and operational concept, ensure requirements are fulfilled, and assess solution performance.
  • Adhere to the team's established Agile processes, supporting short and long-term planning, offering cross-functional assistance, and showcasing operational software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop, update, and refine technical and requirement documentation.
  • Contribute to project reporting, metrics collection, and presentations.
  • Strong organizational management abilities, handling multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools for document preparation, spreadsheets, scheduling, and presentations.
  • Proactive self-starter capable of task management with minimal supervision, a valuable team player.

Requirements:

- Years of Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or equivalent.

- Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust (HHS) Suitability.

- Citizenship:
U.S. Citizenship required
