The Top Graduates Program:


As a trainee (m/f/d), you will work in the Research & Development department for several months on future products and strategic projects.

You will be in the midst of evaluating new technologies and redesigning and further developing our products.

Through rotating assignments in research projects and agile development teams for different products, you will expand your skills and network.

Additionally, international assignments are possible, which will strengthen your intercultural competence. Your main goals are to acquire methodological knowledge and problem-solving competence, as well as successful collaboration in teams.

You will regularly reflect on your experiences, insights, and approaches with experienced coaches and your personal mentor, and expand your technical and key competencies through training.
