We are currently looking for you to join us in a permanent position as a security officer / security employee for critical infrastructure (m/f/d) for DB Sicherheit GmbH at our location in Dresden.


Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the safety of our facilities, employees, and travelers on our trains and at train stations.
  • On patrol, you ensure the consistent compliance with transportation conditions on trains and enforce house rules at train stations.
  • You perform tasks to protect critical infrastructure and support railway operations, as well as improve the quality of the network.
  • You will use modern security and communication technology in your daily work.
  • You will work with the police, as well as with companies within DB AG and third parties.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed training as a specialist for protection and security or have passed the IHK Sachkundeprüfung according to § 34a of the Gewerbeordnung.
  • You are willing to participate in special training.
  • You have previous experience in security services, for example at an airport, in object protection, or in public transport.
  • You are willing to work in shifts (night, weekends, holidays) and have good physical fitness.
  • Your enjoyment of working with people, as well as your teamwork and communication skills, set you apart.
