- Greet customers at the register and thank customers when they give their order.
- Must be able to maintain and follow Starbucks standards and pass company inspections.
- Must prepare the order accurately and in a timely manner.
- Must keep the area clean and organized.
- Must stock condiments.
- Responsible for proper rotation of stock.
- Responsible for serving food from the display counter as well as handling retail sales.
- Must keep equipment clean and report any maintenance issues to manager.
- Must successfully complete the Starbucks Barista training before store opening.
- Must have 6 months previous barista experience, Starbucks experience preferred.
- Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.

The primary responsibility of the Lead Barista- Starbucks is to accurately handle cash register transactions and ensure guests are greeted cheerfully and prepare Food & Beverages per guest's request.
